In 95'* case.. those PS lines should have been tweaked or modified. In the picture they appear to be touching the exhaust and that should never be the case.

They were not touching.
And with the amount I would have to 'tweak' those hard lines to get the O2 to fit I would rather move the O2 bung. It seemed a much safer option in my case.
