Way to go Jeffrey. Glad you're pursuing this. I just wish you hadn't sent that blower back to him. Let us know what comes of this.

I also am running lean. I have a 92 SC and I also have a Floz (94/95). How did you fix it, and where did you get the Accel 24lb injectors?

Best thing to do at this point is switch back to the stock TB and Maf. Unless you sent it back to Floz for core. If you sent it back, we'll have to explore other possibilities. Hope this doesn't turn out to be a custome PCM burn.

Floz shouldn't be selling these 94/95 kits to the 92/93 owners.

When I had it all off, it looked as though the 92 TB wouldn't fit properly on the 94 SC. I still have mine. I also bought it in November, might not have if all this had been posted before than. Right now I am trying to make the best of what I have. I have no idleing problem other than this. If I disconnect my battery, it does have idle problems for a few minutes, then it is perfect. Maybe my Hypertech chip has something to do with that, I don't know. And it runs lean. Other than power loss, what other problems does lean cause?

Your stock TB can be made to work with the Floz. Just takes some creativity. Not the best solution but it works. Talk to Jeffrey. He just went through this. The TB should solve your lean problem. Your PCM and MAF can't adapt to the increased volume of air that the larger TB is delivering. This is a fatal flaw in the whole Floz 'Performance' concept (among many other flaws).

What you'll end up with is just another ordinary M62, and your stock TB. Floz'* porting is negligible for performance gain. If you have a smaller pulley, that'll add a bit too.

Jeffrey, make sure you add his practices of posting here masqurading as one of his own customers to boost his reputation. He did this twice, and now he'* masqurading as a pontiac dealership owner in Sacramento.
