Complaint:
i bought this supercharger/throttlebody package for $775.the performance gains was dramaticlly over stated. also i was sent a 94-95 unit and was told it would work, i installed it and my car wouldnt idle at all. i ended up putting my old throttlebody back on the car. he was to port and polish it too but never polished it. he told me to go ahead and finish it if i wanted to. as part of a refund, he gave me a new airfilter, a smaller pulley for the supercharger, and $75. he then told me that when he got my cores back, he would refund me another $100 and he was to send me a warr. for the supercharger because it was advertised to have a 1 year warr.
i sent it back to him and he got it on march 14,2003. he told me that he was going to send out my refund. now he tells me on march 18,2003, that when he got it back, an ear was broken off of it , which it wasnt when it was shipped, and he wasnt refunding me anything and since i polished it and added the smaller pulley he sent me, i voided my warr and had none at all now. he told me to finish polishing the supercharger because he didnt have the equipment there at the time to do it and he sent me the smaller pulley knowing that i was going to put it on my car and said nothing about voiding my warr. i have heard of several people having problems with him about his customer service and business actions. he also wanted me to send him performance results of the parts i added to my car.
please help me.
thank you

Best thing to do at this point is switch back to the stock TB and Maf. Unless you sent it back to Floz for core. If you sent it back, we'll have to explore other possibilities. Hope this doesn't turn out to be a custome PCM burn.
Floz shouldn't be selling these 94/95 kits to the 92/93 owners.

When I had it all off, it looked as though the 92 TB wouldn't fit properly on the 94 SC. I still have mine. I also bought it in November, might not have if all this had been posted before than. Right now I am trying to make the best of what I have. I have no idleing problem other than this. If I disconnect my battery, it does have idle problems for a few minutes, then it is perfect. Maybe my Hypertech chip has something to do with that, I don't know. And it runs lean. Other than power loss, what other problems does lean cause?

What you'll end up with is just another ordinary M62, and your stock TB. Floz'* porting is negligible for performance gain. If you have a smaller pulley, that'll add a bit too.

what you have to do to mount your TB to the floz sc is to use both gaskets. the plactic one you had on your old one and put it next to your TB and the paper one he sent you and put it next to the SC everything lines up except the water ports. they are off a little. use a little silicone sealer around them to make a good seal. also you will have to relieve the SC a little where the throttle stop hits the SC case. it was very easy.
i got my injectors from summit racing for 174 bux a set. i posted the numbers on here.
if you can , ask the guy from floz(aka mark peters for a written warr. for your supercharger. he advertises a 1 year warr. but nothing in writting. this is what got him all pissy at me
lol
i filed a complaint with the BBB in new jersey too. maybe they will fine him, help me get my money and shut his sorry butt down.
next its time for me to write ebay and tell him about his practices too

Jeffrey, make sure you add his practices of posting here masqurading as one of his own customers to boost his reputation. He did this twice, and now he'* masqurading as a pontiac dealership owner in Sacramento.
