just wanted everyone to know that FLOZ refunded me $360 for the work i had to do to the supercharger porting and the TB. it still is working great 
next i think im gonna try the 2.00" pulley and see what readings i get.

Glad to hear it! More mod money!
I just hope Floz learned a lesson about what works and what doesn't. Then they can drop their prices to what Canadian Supercharger chargges. That'* about where you ended up, I think.

well i looked this morning and he had a rebuilt m62 for 450 with a year warr. then he called me at 10:30 this morning. i told him what i saw and felt that that was all that i should have paid. he said that there was a difference in them. i asked him that other than the porting and the pulley, what was different. he said that i shouldnt ask questions like that. 
then i told him that actually you cant make a M62 flow more by porting it. he was stumped. aM62 can only flow 62 cubic inches of air with one rotation. unless you change the rotor size, you cant make that any higher. but....... a pulley will make is spin faster making more air but still has the same vol. per rotation on the sc. basicly, the only thing that porting does is make is run a little cooler, not really worth the time. but today, i got my 2.00" pulley in the mail just might try that 
maybe rebuild my old sc with a zzp coupler and install the 2.00" pulley on it. not really sure yet.
Will, know anyone that does JETHOT coating? im gonna weld the outside of the manifolds and port the welds off the inside and wanna get them coated. any ideas.

Hector has a shop that does jet hot coating, but that'* a bit far for you, I suppose. Try a powdercoating or anodizing shop. If they don't, they'll know who will. You're in the industrial capital......or damn close to it. I know Hector'* new Series 2 crossovers are Jet Hotted. They look nice

yes they do look great, thats where i got the idea to have the manifolds done that way. oh , i did do a 0-60 run yesterday, lite the tires off the line and had to pedal a little, got a 6.81 with all of that. felt it should have been quicker if i could have warmed the tires up to get good traction. im thinking in 6.1-6.3 range atleast. it was still pulling hard when i hit 70 too. had to back off, didnt want any tickets lol.

Getting a good launch is my biggest prob, too. All these mods will cost tires, for damn sure. The time in my sig was the 'best bad hookup' I had that day! I hate to burn these new tires off, but one of these days I'm gonna have to if I want accurate times.

myself, the only problem i had was with the Tb he sent me. it was a 95 TB a flowed too much air for the pcm on my 92. im getting just over 15 psi now with the 2" pulley. if you dont have a pulley yet, i have a 2.20" ill sell i just took off. it was on for 2 weeks till my 2" got here
