RESULTS AFTER MODS INCLUDING FLOZ SC
You just shot yourself in the foot. You'll run lean. Your PCM will learn the boost curves, and adjust the mixture accordingly. It can't adapt rapidly enough to the increased density and cooler air from the water injection, if it only comes on at certain boost levels. For it to work properly, it has to remain on ALL the time the car is running. You'll never gain full benefit otherwise.
Trust me. It works to a certain extent, but not entirely. Our PCM'* are too smart for that. Aquamist won't tell you that, because they're trying to sell the kits. Your PCM needs time to react to the apparent temperature change. It gets worse, too. Your PCM is programmed to watch the IAT AND the MAF. You'll be injecting after the IAT, so it will think you're running warmer than your intake actually is with water injection. It will deliver less fuel than it needs. Now there'* 2 reasons why your PCM will try to run you lean under boost with water injection. So you have to trick your IAT, also.
All these systems are inter-related, and it'* just too damn much of a pain in the *** to deal with. Then you have to fill the tank. Filter the water.....worry about freezing, or don't run it in the winter. Worry about hydrolock (and yes it CAN happen even if you're boost activated).
Are you starting to see the light? I'm the only one here running it, and I'm telling you NOT to. From my own experiences.

ok but im still going to try it. the water alcohol mixture is washer solvent. 50% distilled water and 50% denatured alcohol. wont freeze till -25 degrees. im usng my washer bottle and the headlight washer pump to supply the system.also im using one of the smallest jets they have.
ill try it and see what happens. if that doesnt work ,,,,,, nitrous here i come lmao

no offense taken, i just know what results i have got with my mods i have done, also mark at FLOZ has bent over backwards for me to figure this thing out. the porting is done from the opening back to the inlet to the rotors and the outlet at the bottom of the sc ( the triangle opening) is opened up a little too.this is to allow the air to flow free er
plus he adds a smaller pulley to it. from my experience with FLOZ so far, he stands behind his work

I don’t think you were robbed but the fact is the info around this type of porting is inconclusive so I would say your just testing the waters and if you are happy then really that is all that matters. Most guys here don’t have the money or are willing to take the risk so I commend you for that. Keep us posted on how it works and what numbers you get.
