Bo .. you'll be ok w/o that trans to engine bracket, I was for a month with much more power. But it'* there to support it.. one day maybe it breaks.

The spacer is the same on both sides, nice and squared. Some wimps grind their spacers to make them angled on one end to ease install. In all reality the first couple times, you will fight it. After that, you'll have the knack and it'll be easy.
