You can reuse the stock bolts for headers. My TOGs also came with new bolt and I only used a few of those when I put them on. When I swaped motors I bought the bolts becasue they looked nicer.

Header bolts sometimes break or provide problems during dis-assembly or re-assembly...
I have broken my fair share of them and I'm not sure what I would do if they were not available separately...

SSEi-K, have you ever broken any on a 3800? I've dealt with a lot of these motors and have yet to see one. Other vehicles (ford 4 cyl for example) were known for it.
I'm curious if some have had them break on a 3800.

Bolt stretch is even more critical when exposed to constant heat cycles!! Dont gamble, get new bolts. Dont risk it and look like an idiot!!
