Pure "Brainstorming"....
I pulled this from a website.
Oxygen Tanks - serious explosions have resulted from contact between oil and high-pressure oxygen. Oil should not be used on connections to a 02 cylinders or regulator.
So wouldn't any oil that is found in the motor explode when it came in contact with pure O2? Any of the petroleum-based items in the motor would blow. I thought of this idea 2 years ago while I studied at Aviation High school. Oh well back to the drawing board

I think its the pressure that makes it so volitile. Anyone ever watch mythbusters? They did a thing last night where they mocked up a jet fighter cockpit and pressurized it, pumped in some pure O2, and created a small spark. The O2 and hair cream they used on the dummy caught fire almost instantly.
why not just inject it like nitrous? Extensive hours on the dyno and a window switch(like a nitrous setup). What costs more to refill? A bottle of nitrous or a bottle of O2? In all acutality it is just removing the nitrogen from the mix. You don't have to try to run the engine off of pure o2, but a little bit should provide an increase(again, like nitrous). Then you could run a daily tune and a O2 tune. You'd probably require a fuel management unit. I don't know but it seems possible.
