Pulleys...
For a '93, I would recommend the larger idler over the smaller belt. The larger idler allows for alot more belt wrap around the SC pulley, thus reducing the belt slip by quite a bit overall.

Alright, I bought the scanner from series one performance and im now waiting for it to arrive in the mail. I should be done with this 3 days after i receive the parts. Any other advice from the gurus???

I can't think of any advice anyone can give you until you determine if you have KR.
One thing I would advise would be to scan before dropping the pulley. If you have KR before you go to a 2.2", you'll have KR after the pulley swap. I wouldn't put the 2.2 on until the problem is fixed.
