You can run an oversized idler pulley & a stock sized belt which would give you more belt wrap on the pulley (but slip shouldn't an issue at all with a 3.4"). But to answer your question the belt is # 4060715.

You can only force so much air into your motor before you need to allow it to breathe better with things like rockers/cam/headers & porting/polishing.
If you plan to get to a 3.0” it would be good to invest in a scanner sooner then later.

I would recomend you go no smaller then a 3.4, a 3.5 would be a better choice. I run a 3.4 on my car and had a fair amount of KR. Upgrading your PCM will help, the performance shift kit from intense really had a difference. If you add a 3.0 you will get a lot of KR, from what I've heard you loose 5hp for every degree of KR. If you change your cam or put in 1.9:1 rockers and do something with your exaust, PEMs or headers you can get closer to that size.
i would NOT go lower than a 3.5 with out a PCM.....i have a custom tune, and cant get rid of my KR with a 3.4....yet.....but i need more time to tune....
with that being said, and knowing other 03'* as well (they typically run lean from the factory at the higher RPM'* and the fuel trims are way out of wack) the 3.5 and maybe even a 3.6 would be the best bet

A 3.0 is going to be far to small for your car until you have done a considerable amount of modification. Basically, you'd be trying to cram in more air than your motor can deal with.
A 3.4 may actually be just a little small too. I would recommend that if you go with the 3.4, you consider also installing a cold air intake, such as INTENSE'* fenderwell intake. That will help some with any KR you run into.
EDIT, I see the cone filter in your sig, is it heat-shielded? If so, that'* fine. If not, then you still need to either shield it or get that FWI. High intake air temps, from sucking air from the engine bay, contribute to KR.
