Heyyyyyyy I do have one.

When pulling the output shaft you must be very gentle and careful. About half to 3/4 of the way to the diff end of the trans is the lube dam. It'* basically a plastic ring with a purpose of keeping fluid at the diff end to keep it lubed. You don't want to break it. Free floating plastic in the trans is not a positive thing.

The output shaft is pulled from the driverside of the car. And reinstalled from that side as well.

How much to get it to 44147 Boostie? I won't be doing the install, I'm letting a trained professional do this one

Is the output shaft required? the HD upgrade from ZZP includes the diff, diff cover which I have already, a stage 1 axle, and the torrington bearing

and a friend of mine found a ZZP stage 2 with 10k on it, will it work on the Bonne? and where can I get the torrington bearing?

i dont know if the GTP half shafts will work in the Bonneville, i think they are different length.

Plus stock is more than enough, i only can think of 1-2 people braking stock half shafts

talked to a few shops around here, first quoted $1800-$2000 and about 3-4 days, this was using the same trans and changing torque converter, bands, clutches, 4th clutch shaft with a hardened one, and put the diff in for me

talked to another shop, suggested to get a HD trans from Morad, who he works with often, check it over, replace worn parts and put it in the car, quoted $1600 and 2 days to do the swap

I think I will go with number 2, less time I'm without the car and cheaper, just need to do trans programming
