If you're willing to wait until the end of next week, I'll have a spare one I can sell you for not much more than the cost of shipping. 
The general consensus seems to be it'* worth it for anyone with an L36. Stock or not. I'm installing one and my mods are pretty much the same as yours. If you want, follow this thread (http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...ic.php?t=83116) and I'll report back what kind of a performance difference I noticed.
