First off thanks for all the feed back and sparkling conversation.lol Does anyone have a link or know of where I can get some 1.9:1 rockers and #105 valve springs?

ZZ performance also has some, check the prices.

Found a used set with a fair price, actually not to bad with springs.

Rockers are more of a supporting mod. On a supercharged engine you can move more air easier, there by more power and you will feel and hear the difference. For a NA engine you might feel a small difference mainly because the engine can more air more freely.

would it be worth the cost to do it to an n/a if you weren't going for any extreme mods in the future?

That'* totally up to you, you're finances, what kind of tools and knowledge you have and if you do the work yourself or not.

That depends on you. It'* one of the few things you can do to add power to your engine. It'* easy to do.
