i got it thursday and had a spare diff. to install it in the spare diff, about 20 mins. to do it in the car, you need to remove the one axle,the diff cover, a c clip, then remove the diff.
i havent put it in my car yet. it will be next week or the week after till i can get it in the shop at work because i need a lift to do it. i would have to say, somewhere in the area of 1 1/2 hours total to install it.
