Change the 2.3" pulley out for a 2.5", then read this:

Once that'* taken care of, we'll start looking at things other than the TB (which you won't gain much from, and there is no 'suitable' replacement for), MAF (which will gain you nothing, you can't outflow it until you hit 400 hp), injectors (which you won't outflow until you hit 300-320 crank hp).
We'd be better off knowing what your budget is, and suggesting as much power as you can get for that, while you start setting aside a transmission fund. Adding hp to the Series 1 has an interesting side-effect. For every ONE horsepower you add, you will add about 1.5 ft/lbs of torque. This will end up being BRUTAL on the rest of your drivetrain in a very short period of time. You MUST set aside money for a solid trans rebuild with all the updates and a shift kit.

First, you need to pull your exhaust manifolds. You are pretty much guaranteed to have cracks in them, which is the common source of KR. The cracks are very small, and will need to be fixed properly.

YES. Reinstall the heatshields, and consider a ceramic coating when you have them off. NEVER use wrap.
The cracks can be VERY hard to find on the manifolds, and you MUST remove the heatshields to find them, including on the crossover. Remove all 3 heatshields, and put them back when you're done.
