The outlet of the rear manifold on the GP is not in the same place IIRC. Check on that.
It MIGHT not be a problem, as I know jshelton54 used GP manifolds in his L67 swap, but that was on a 2k, not a 92-99. Quite different application with respect the firewall and exhaust tunnel.

When i was going to go PEMS, i was told that the GP rear WILL NOT fit on my 95 bonneville. SO i am going to assume that would apply to all 95-99'*.

To the best of my knowledge, nobody has TRIED it yet, other than Jared on his 2k.
We KNOW they are different in outlet/downpipe location, but to the best of my knowledge, nobody has actually tried to make it work or checked for clearance on the 92-99.

I dunno if anyone has actually tried it, but WBS (w-body store), ZZP, and Hulkspeed (mike peck) all said it would not work, due to the outlet be centered on one and being off centered on one. They said there would be firewall issues.

Yeh the 97-99 and Older style 95-96 Rea mani has a different Downpipe offset...
For the 95-99 you will need an H Body manifold.... But again the 95-96 years used the older style and 97-99 used the newer style...
Being that you are not going to headers, you may just spring for the Front Plog... The rear manifold is really not that bad... Down the road if you like you can have the flange welded on the outside and port the inside...
I do recommend that Plog over a ported front Mani any day
