Has anyone here used these?

Seems to me like a good low price alternitive to headers. I'm considereing these along with a free flow cat instead of headers. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I also like my PEMs, but then mine'* and SE and I have no plans to try and get huge power from it. It seems that many who have SSEis and are regularly tweaking for more power end up with headers in the end, making the vote for headers a seemingly better bet.
You should try and search on headers here on BC, as there are a number of good recent threads dealing with header choices, pros and cons, and installation. I don't think I've seen a single thread where someone wishes they had not chosen headers over PEMs.

Good advice, but I've done that already. I would like headers, but there'* a cost issue. About $600+ for headers, or about $300 for PEMs. I'm not planning on going way overboard on power. My plans are to finish the exaust. Upgrade my valve springs to LS6 springs. Then perhaps upgrade my front breaks. My wife'* already grumbeling I'm spending to much money.

In my opinion 300 for PEMs is WAY over priced, you should be able to find a set of used headers for that amount.
