I am going to clear the corners, but I plan on going to an auto salvage and picking up the front lenses and a PCM. I don't like using the original incase I want to go back to it for some reason. My previous post showed some of the mod'* I have done. You can see my sig with what has been done. Lights were already completed except clearing.

Good thinkin' on goin' to a salvage yard for those parts.

especially with the pcm you will be able to swap the pcm'* out while yours is getting reflashed and it will save you a 100 dollar core.

Peace,

Mac

I have a few questions about aftermarket PCM'*. One is that nobody makes one for my aurora. How difficult would it be for a company to make a program for me? second, how would they make that program? Would they need my stock pcm to see how the vehicle behaves from the factory, do they need the vehicle itself? Does Intense do custom burns like what my car would need since no one has done one before? How much would it cost? I know these are a lot of questions but I'm really curious. I need some kind of performance mods... there'* none available for me!

how restrictive is your stock airbox Custom? i bet you could fab up some sort of CAI at least, that might help the mod bug a little and you could do all your exhaust except headers, those would have to be custom of course.

Actually, I used to use a standard Intense PCM but then switched to a DHP V1.5 (first one for a 97 SSEi) and the DHP PowrTuner software package. I have modified the DHP program extensively but never touched the Intense code.

Merlin 91/97 also uses the same package in his 97 SSEi, with a little help from his friend

Cheers,

Thanks for clearing that up Paul, I was unaware you had replaced your INTENSE PCM with a DHP before you tuned it yourself.
