Default I am sure this has been asked before.

Is there a big difference between a series 1 and series 2 LIM? The reason I ask, I was at the wreckers today and found a series 1 LIM,UIM,TB,fuel rail.... all intact from a 92 regal and it only has 20k on it. it looked flawlessly clean and its already off the engine. the guy said I could take the whole setup for 20 bucks! would a top swap be practical from a L27 to a L36?

Don't know the answer, but for $20.00, some one here might be able to use it.

Nope. Runner spacing and width of LIM are different.

I just got back from wreckers, The setup is gone. :( I am more than happy to take a list from you guys of stuff you need. I make monthly trips to the wreckers and can keep an eye out for stuff.
