Zero. That'* why you have a PCV valve.

There might be a SLIGHT benefit to front valvetrain temps, but it'* the rear that runs hotter. For the most part, it'* a purely cosmetic mod.

Its for looks, thats the only benefit.

If you modify the hell out of your engine, then you may need it, as the stock PCV valve won't be setup for your setup, but that'* very extreme case.
