I am one of the rarities that have rmoved the MAF, but not running a stright pipe intake, just a gutted box. My car runs great, and sounds pretty good too. But, like said in the article, some people have idle issues without it.

It would also help to have you year and model in your sig, so we know what kind of engine you have.

I tried the remove on my 93 with a High-Flow intake and pipe. I didnt have any idle issues and did notice a nice improvement. However, the MPG dropped dramatically so I put it back in to save gas. I was getting 250 miles on a tank of gas! Big drop compared to my normal 360-380 miles.

Save your money. A good tune up will get you more horsepower than that thing.

2.1 psi ELECTRIC turbo?

That thing is a SCAM! Don't do it. It'* more of a restriction to your natural flow than a dirty filter.

That electric turbo is a JOKE. Please read the MYTH sticky at the top of the Performance section.
