so a new stock timing chain set will be strong enough for the 1.9 rockers and 105 springs?

Many people think so but my opinion is when you put in stronger springs in these motors it'* a good idea to use a stronger chain too. Personally I would go with the JP Performance single roller chain.

ill also be changing head gaskets along with some other gaskets, have somebody here used Cometic MLS Head Gaskets from zzperformance

If you need to change your head gaskets, you are the first or second member out of over 9000 that needed to.

Leave the stock head gaskets. They're fine, and you'll never blow them.

I would guestimate..
With a good tune (not an off the shelf job), you could be at 190-200 whp.
Add a cam and you could be at 200-210 whp.

I still wouldn't go with the 1.9s. The resulting lift/duration combo just isn't optimum for an n/a L36.
Did you ever read the Easy Performance article on ER rockers?
