So, if you don't plan on either getting a cam or rockers and revving up to 6300 or so(which is impossible without a pcm), it'* not worth it.
It'* really still up in the air as to if its really benificial.
I'd send the money on some ported exhaust manifolds instead.

I know with Insert, PEMS, reworked rockers, and a ported TB it makes some good high RPM Power but low RPM power did suffer - Or is it justs because it pulls soo much harder at high RPM?
If your not really on a budget and you want to make some HP then turbo is the way to go.
