ok my bonneville is stock and the cat is clogged i want to remove it an straight pipe.
i either am going to run an emmulator or see if i can get a chip programed to work without cat. also to get a little more power out of it. can anyone do this and what will it cost?

it'* OBD II - you can't chip it. either you have it programmed out, or.. well that'* it. The 'emulators' rarely work.

Price an after market hi-flo cat like a Goerlich. They really aren't that expensive.

I believe I have 2001 unlocked. Toss me a pm if you decide to program it out vs put on a cat.

definitely not going with a cat... anyone know if the ecm from 3800 performance is setup to run no cat?
