Default Need opinion on brakes!

The rotors that the dealer installed have warped after 6K. I am going to replace them in the next month. I am leaning toward Raybestos, either the PG series (non slotted heavy duty) or the Brutestop (slotted).

Has anyone tried either, and is it worth the extra for the slotted? Do the slotted wear pads more because it acts like a slicer? Need some input here, lots of money going to be spent here. I don't drive SCCA or road racing, just your average stop and go and some spirited driving on the street. Just want to do it once and get it over with. Plus the cost of the Brutestops are 2x of the PG series, I dont want to be throwing money away here.

I am going to spend the big bucks and get the Raybestos ceramic pads as I am SICK of cleaning dust off of my chrome rims.

As I understood it you have to get slotted with ceramic pads because of the extra heat...someone correct me here if I'm wrong.

Typical rotors will not work well at all with ceramic pads. i have read some horror stories. Get slotted rotors and ceramic pads....then go nutz
