Can we make a vacuum leak or install a valve on the vacuum line to reduce the vacuum of trans modulator to improve shifting without change the modulator...sorry for my english sir

Welcome to the club! I actually work for a Canadian company, not too bad to work for

Our cars should already have a restrictor/check valve installed near the modulator. Also, you can order a tunable modulator as well.

Buy the adjustable modulator. A handful of us run them. They're much more predictible and responsive. And they're not expensive.

Fran, he has a newer Bville now. In 1997, the 4T65E trans replaced the 4T60E. The 65 doesn't use a vacuum modulator. It'* electrically controlled.

You NEED a modulator. You cannot delete it or disconnect it.

Either stay with the OEM modulator or buy an adjustable modulator.
