oh, and J Wikoff, i scored a throttlebody adaptor plate off a mate, that he wasnt using. it converts the ls1 tb to the existing tb setup that we had, because i was going to use our standard tb, i had the neck already made up, and the adaptor just bolts on. will get some pics of both the adaptor and neck later.

Woah, Can you post more details of getting the L27 upper to work RWD? I have one I'm considering doing it to.

fuel rails are off our second version of the vin c manifold, i just cut the mounting fins off and have to make up new mounts for them.

all i can really say atm about getting it to work, is get a spare motor, turn the manifold 180degrees and see what needs to be moved. in our setup, i have to move the alternator, the power steering pump and idler pulley bracket. i had to make a new front plate for the water ports, because it hits the little hose fitting sticking out the top of the waterpump( i think its on the timing case), have to add a fitting to that plate, ive rearranged some of the water galleries in the manifold. then theres the vaccuum lines ive gotta add and sensors for the holden computer.

theres just soo many little things to do.

seems the pics are working, so will leave them as is for now

thought id post a new pic, its slowly getting there, belt setup is finally chosen, just gotta get some bits welded and find a small tensioner for between top pulley and alternator.

then ive gotta finish the cooling hoses, fuel rail, throttle cable mounts, etc.
