max boost
Holy COW, you're way out of the realms of reality with that pulley.
Get that sucker off there ASAP. Frankly, there'* only one car here that can run that small of a pulley on pump gas, and he'* got ported heads, ported exhaust manifolds, 1.8 ratio rocker arms, stronger valvesprings, and everything else you might expect.
You're KILLING that motor if you don't have the same setup. You won't blow a head gasket, but you'll certainly kill a piston or rod. Maybe multiple.
Get a 2.55" pulley on there and THEN scan for KR.

i found a loose vacuum line on the front of the supercharger vacuum port for the fuel pressure reg. and my boost gauge. i fixed that but now i only see 8psi boost. what plugs do i need to change to and what gap range. should i use. i run 93 octane fuel only.
i have seen 9psi but thats on a 65 degree day. on a 90 degreea day i see 7psi. i guess i need to extend my CAI in to my fender well for cooler air charge. what do u think. i should do. im gonna buy a scanner and ngk 55 plugs
Riv, I don't think you're understanding this.
You cannot support a 2.3" pulley on stock heads and valvetrain. That'* doing some serious damage to your motor every time you drive it. I don't even need to see your scans to know this.
This is exactly the same as running a 3.2" pulley on a stock head/valvetrain setup on a Series 2. You are in MAJOR DANGER.
Get that pulley off the car as soon as possible. Do NOT go WOT with it on the car. You should be running a 2.5" pulley at the SMALLEST, and then ONLY if you've satisfied all this:
