What exactly do u suggest i do for resale value? Resell the super charger on ebay and cut my losses fix the outside and be done with it?

To do a top end swap to a sueprcharger you will need:

M90 Supercharger
Supercharger Gasket
L67 Lower Intake
Lower Intake Maniflold Gaskets
L67 harmonic balancer
Pair of L67 Heads
Head Gaskets
L67 fuel rail
L67 injectors
Various supercharger brackets, tensionsers, pulleys belts
MAP wiring adapter
Boost Control Wiring adapter
Custom PCM Work
Probaly some other stuff i forgot

And even once you did all that and got it running you would not have the stronger rods o transmission that the SSEi does and with the 9.5:1 compression you would not be able to run much boost.
