Default MASS AIR FLOW FROM VETTE??

This kid says he is got a Vette mass airflow sensor on his mitz?
I am wondering it this is viable on our cars, not that I am sure this kid is full of crap
But an idea none the less

Do you have some sort of secret mod that allows you to flow more than your current sensor can read? If not, this is just like fuel injectors. If you're not outflowing it, there'* absolutely no performance benefit whatsoever.

That was kinda my thought but as I am new to this car I wondered about that
. I have a miata and run a 2nd gen RX7 MAF on it and makes some big diff, so kinda shooting from the hip questions.
