3800 SC V6= 240hp
Buddie of mine has a 98 Aurora. He race'* me everytime we see each other. Never lost to him yet, even before the mods.

You have (even stock) much more torque delivered at a lower rpm than the shortstar. That'* why you win. It'* not the HP.

And El is right. Street racing is majorly frowned upon around here.

the 4.0 has 275ftlbs of torque, but yes, at a high RPM, and yes. its still slow

Ive had the chance to drive all three, as well as the N* in the 04+, being I work for a dealer. As for comparison, Im going to have to go with toasted as to say that the roras may have that top-end higher rpm range power, but they do lack in the mid to low range quick take offs or fast lane changes.

V8s - highway "floating"
L67s - Burnin rice
L36 - Nice well rounded car with all the options minus the */C
