Intake Manifolds: should I buy?

Intake Manifolds: should I buy?
OK, I got a series I 3800. And some guy is selling both and upper and lower intake manifolds from a series II 3800 (199
.
Would replacing my intake manifolds with these series II intake manifolds give me a horsey power increase? (are the intake manifolds any different from series I to II?) Would those parts fit on my engine.
I'll post the pics depending on the answer I get.

Series II'* will not work due to different bolt patterns & coolant passage locations.
