Default intake installation 2003

I just bought the instense FWI but i didnt get directions with it. I was looking at the stock intake and there are quite a few wires going into the intake box. So if i remove the intake whats happens to these wires?

the pcm is mounted in the airbox, remove it, and it will all come out as one unit. mount it to the frame either with the $15.00 intense bracket, or make your own, like i did. continue installing intake.

the first time i saw that bundle of wires going into the air box i was like WTF!!

The FWI should have come with the PCM bracket....

Remove the 'accordian' tube from the intake, then remove that side of the airbox (two screws on top), and you'll see the PCM sitting on the bottom of the airbox. It'* held in there with a couple clips on the sides. The rest of the airbox pulls out.
