Default Installed P & P LIM

My ported and polished LIM got installed today, along with the improved LIM gaskets. We also caught a vacuum leak around one of the fuel injectors. Altogether, car is running MUCH nicer. Pulling faster, but also much more smoothly. Hard to say how much is the LIM and how much is the vacuum leak, but together the difference is VERY noticeable!
Big thumbs up
I'll update in the coming days as to how things are progressing.

Glad to hear it fit alright. Make sure you go back in a week or two and re-torque those LIM and (especially) UIM bolts...just to be on the safe side

It'll come to you over the next 100 miles or so. The vac leak was probably really only affecting your idle quality.

Oddly enough, the vacuum leak made the biggest difference in how the tranny was shifting. Smooth as silk now. Does definately idle better too.
The next 100 should be fun!

Grabbed a couple of pics with my phone, so I will see how those came out. Not having had Dexcool in the engine made things nice and clean. Go green!

Next mod? CAI or PEM. Leaning towards the PEM....

Sure looking forward to it. Just a nice, smooth pulling engine. Throttle response was definitely better. Andrew does good work!

No problems with cleanliness. I had the UIM done about 4 or 5 months ago, so it all looked pretty good.
My big problem now is gearing. As I have the 2.84 gears, it takes forever to get up into the power band. 3.06 is the answer!

what you can do to fix that a bit its to get shorter tire my stock tire where 26.9 inches now my new tires are 25.9 inches so this lower the car half a inches and help gearing at the same times i know youre where looking for new rim and tires .for me that improve my 60.foot time from a 2.40 to 2.23
