All cleaned out. No broken bolt either. The antiseize in the shaft made a perfect impression on the bolt head, wierd. Now all I need is a replacement plug. I can't find it anywhere.

Cool, everything looks perfect. ZZP sells the 'christmas tree' plastic plugs for the snout, looks to be a regular plastic trim part.
