Default Installed Intense MPS

I installed my new Intense MPS and ZZP oversized tensioner today. Heres a few pics. How important is the plastic shaft plug? I lost it during the installation.

The plastic "door clip" is a breather for the snout. I ran thousands of miles without anything, but I would say its a good idea, just to keep dirt and stuff from getting in there.

Or you can just put your "breather nut" back in, that wont hurt anthing.

Looks like the inside threaded area of the snout is all buggered up. What happened?

Looks like the same thing that happened to Chadow427 at WCBF05. We almost didn't get the job done.

It'* anti seize compound. ZZP'* puller instructions said to lube the inside of the shaft. I guess so the guide bolt didn't get stuck in the shaft. I might clean it out by spraying intake cleaner inside if thats OK to use. Do you think I can get a new plastic plug when you send out my AeroForce scan guage next week? Thanks.........

Oh gosh..there'* a huge difference with a 3.5 over the 3.8.

I picked up a regular pulley with my puller off ebay from another BC member and I have my doubts if it'* 3.4 or 3.5. Soon I'll know for sure.

Just follow the instructions. They were really easy to understand. The only other thing is to remove the coolant bottle and unclip the AC line and keep it out of the way. After the install, I noticed a different right away. The car moves a lot easier now. I barely have to touch the gas. At WOT the boost gauge goes all the way to +10 and the car takes goes like a bat out of hell!!! I love it!!!

It'* more than just lubricant that'* in the hole, it look'* like the M8 stud for the puller is broken inside the shaft.
