i wannna go fast
right on! i'm gonna pull the exhaust manifold and check them for the cracks, if they do have cracks do i need to go to a scrap yard and pull new ones or is there a company that produces new ones? I do knoqw that they don't make headers for the car. has for the manifold polish, i ment for the lower intake to be both ported and polished, that is the only place other than the throttle body, on the intake side, that can be polished on these cars, isn't it? other then the heads.
You can go to the wrecker if you want, but those will be cracked too. Or you can buy new manifolds from the dealer, but that'* VERY expensive. Have yours welded.
If you intend to port and polish your LIM and TB, you need to do some reading here on the Forums. The search button is on the top title bar. This isn't something you want to dive into without some research and studying. It'* very easy to screw your car up.

Mig will probably have better results than Tig, but either would be fine.
You may want to seriously consider getting a set from a wrecker and have them done, then swap them on. Stitch-welding the outside of the flange so you can port out the OEM weld on the inside would help later on. You want to STITCH weld from port to port a little at a time with the flange firmly bolted or clamped to a flat surface that can dissipate heat to keep from warping the flange. Your OEM manifolds will have no gaskets. You need to use gaskets when you reassemble.
Also beware that 92 exhaust manifolds were different than 93-95. I don't recall if 93-95 manifolds will work on a 92. J Wikoff may be able to answer that. You WILL have to get supercharged manifolds off a 92. The L27 powered 92'* don't have an EGR.
