Your pcm is learning the new boost values, its learning how much fuel it needs to supply in order to prevent KR.
Takes about 100 miles, seems like its working though...
I ran my press on 3.4 for a while on my stock pcm, thats about its limit...or so

The stock pcm doesn't have a limit at a 3.4. The various components and variables introduced otherwise cause it to be maxed out. I didn't have any differences between the 3.4 and 3.2 on the stock pcm and gutted airbox. Both would see about the same KR in the high rpm'* and shift points.
