OK, I think the F-body caliper/rotor conversion is possible on:
97+ W-bodies
97+ Riviera
97+ Park Avenue
00+ Bonneville
I'm pretty sure that all these cars share a common steering knuckle.
The 92-99 won't work with the Vette or F-body brake because they have a VERY different knuckle/caliper setup.
You can see in this picture of my '98 PA, that it has a caliper bracket that guides the pads and the caliper bolts to this bracket, which, in turn, bolts to the steering knuckle(the caliper is removed in this pic):
On my '95 Bonnie, the caliper is one piece, bolted directly to the steering knuckle, and the pads are held to the caliper by clips:
The caliper bracket mountings on the newer cars are what enable the F-body and Vette brakes to be used, because the mounting points are the same.
