i got an idea
this winter im storing my car and while in storing it im going to rebuild the top have of the engine with maybe some performance parts but i doubt it probbaly just some porting of the heads what else can i do?? i want to keep it under 1000$ total for parts and machining

No rockers that im aware of the series 1.
If you really want performance on the S1, you may talk to Dr Jay about some of the stuff he is doing head and cam wise, I know he is inducted but some of the same stuff may apply.
