how much should i pay for rockers? (purchased)

With the 1:9s I have there is no float on all stock internals. Then again they are not rollars.

Every car varies. Some cars just had stronger springs from the factory and whatnot. We have stock springs/retainers/pushrods in both the SSEi and the Monte Carlo with 1.9 rockers and neither car gets float up to their 6200rpm limiters. The SSEi is approaching 180k and still has no issues. The Monte only has a little under 40k on it so it may develop float eventually once the springs wear a little more, but it might not either.

However, just to be safe, and to make the valvetrain rock solid, its a good idea to get at least springs anytime you get 1.9 rockers IMO.
