With 1.9 rockers, I personally think that OR pushrods MAY be kinda pointless, I don't know of any case that I would do OR pushrods instead of springs. HOWEVER, 90lb. springs and OR pushrods are a good combination for a rocker setup and should make the valvetrain pretty much rock solid up well above 6500rpm. When my dad had 1.9 rockers in the GTP he had 90lb. springs and OR pushrods and that car made peak power pretty high (like 5800 or so) and held the power until almost 6200, which is pretty abnormal for a rocker car. It never had valve float all the way to the 6600rpm limiter either.

You can try just OR pushrods, but I think I'd do springs as well if you're planning on spinning it much above 6k.

Haro, you gotta do springs too. I tried doin' rockers w/o springs, it didn't work out so well, the valves would float at 5600 and above.

Just don't pull a Shadd when you do it. If you do, you'll need a spare rocker and pedestal.
