Where can i get a set of performance headers for my 90 SSE?
And i have an exhaust cut out right before my cherry bomb. are there any other better ways i could do my exhaust?

Headers? None for your car.
Cutout? Probably hurting you. Until you do something else to improve flow (cam, rockers, ported heads), you should keep it stock, other than maybe a high-flow cat.
You have basically the same exhaust setup as a Series 1 SUPERCHARGED car. And they can't outflow their exhaust.
Too much flow is a bad thing on stock cars.
There are only two cars on this Forum running a cutout, and they flow ALOT more than you do.
