I have not been around for a while and would like to know if anything new has happened with headers for the 2000 and up SSEi'* yet. I looked around but didn't see anything that was a direct fit for the car. Did I miss something or has there not really been a big demand for this.

As far as I know all 3800 headers will fit all Series 2 Bonnevilles but little differences in the way they are installed depend on the year. Such as on my car a set of TOG headers would require a new trans dip stick tube when the very same headers may not require that on your 2000 SSEi. Also none just bolt right up to the flange on the cat (assuming that the 2000+ exhaust is similar to 96-99)

the SLP'* fit the 00'* but you will need a GTP tranny dipstick for clearance.

thats pretty much the only drawback that ive heard of for the 00+'*

They were but now an extremely similar design with the same name is sold by zzp and 3800 performance. They are soposidly of better quality and from a more qualified shop.
