Sry to b an A$$ but I dont like when ppl make false claims about their cars, we get way too much of that on our forums.

The Pontiac Bonneville is the perfect domestic mix of luxury and performance. Luxury with Attitude. It is by far the most comfortable and best-performing car I've ever owned. The Bonneville is very easily modified for better performance, and recently became the first and ONLY front wheel drive production car to break the 200mph barrier....guess where? The Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, of course.

That looks like an easy setup to do a CAI. Get a strait pipe somewhere (muffler house maybe?) then build a box around it. Just got to be willing to spend time on it and not give up easily
Correct.....200MPH, not 200 hp. And the Bonneville is the ONLY front wheel drive production car to break the 200 barrier
The Spirit of Bonneville is an amazing car. 600hp, 200+mph (and for the record, Admins of this site don't make BS calls). I think you'll find this forum is more on the 'up and up' as far as accurate content is concerned, more than nearly any other auto forum. We don't tolerate bull here.

my first suggestion would be to buy a bonneville, if that wont work, you should be able to find a peice of pipe that will fit that. IT almost looks like ours would fit in there. or you can cut some of the angle off and put it on straighter. The key is to get the right silicone reducer, what is the diameter of your throttle body? even if the sizes of the pipe and the throttle body dont match the silicone reducer is a rubber elbow basically that allow you to attach them both together easily.
Sry I could have sworn that it said HP, O well my bad but you might want to b damn sure about that ive seen some crazy **** these days. But anyway I dont know how big my TB or MAF is. But I do know that this engine or the way it was built was very resticted...damn ford. And it has amazing low end power and Ive heard that If you can get it breathing well and a few more things u can get running as fast or faster than the SHOs. And no the SHO is not a v8 the Gen1 and Gen 2 are yamaha 3.0 or 3.2 v6 and the Gen3 is a yamaha 3.4 V8

Heh, 230 hp fords....
For the record Willwren is correct on the Spirit of Bonneville. Also the HP record for a bonneville is somwhere near 700hp held by BADSSEi.

I dont know why you would say that. It makes no relevance to what your initial question was regarding CAI. Most economy sedans are going to be restricted, but have that potential to wake up. It would help to know the size of your TB to determine the best size pipe for you to use, to much air could be bad. Like sticking your face out the car window going 60mph and trying to breath normally, it just wont happen
