ELC trick is easy.. pile bodys in the trunk to get the ELC to raise up..then unplug the connector and take the bodies back out.

Or crawl under and adjust the lever on the passenger side control arm.

Toluene: Most major specialty paint stores. On the shelf. Try a gallon in a half-gallon of gas.

ELC:

Get in the trunk and disconnect the wiring harness to the selector valve behind your right rear passenger seat, just to the left of the RR strut tower. Press ON on your inflator control. When the back end of the car is up in the air, and not raising any more, turn the inflator off, and pull fuse 12 to keep it from venting.

The selector valve disconnect is to trick it and prevent it from sending air to the inflator, but to the struts instead. Very simple.

Fuse number varies by year, but Fuse 12 is confirmed for 92/93.

Been awhile. $12 a gallon or something? It'* posted around here somewhere. Search for Toluene or Tolulene (either spelling) and look for the oldest topics. Me as the author.

What octane do you want? And how many gallons of gas (what starting octane)?

Need to know:

Starting octane.
Starting gallons of pump gas.
Target octane.

Gimme that, I'll tell you how much to put in. Be advised, Toluene will eat your car paint. Use a GOOD trans funnel.

I start with 93. What increase would make a noticable difference? 96?

How much would I add per gallon to raise 1 octane?

Got my spreadsheet? Do not freely distribute, btw.

I felt the difference and saw it on the scantool all the way up to 95. Not much change after that.
