i don't know how much it will cost you, but to get good chrome work done properly be prepared to spend a serious amount of money. FYI: I am getting 8pieces of chrome trim done for my 1965 442 and that is gonna run me about $1100. these are not BIG pieces (tailights, small moldings, etc.), so maybe u can find some nice aftermarket or wheels off a different Bonneville.

when i first bought my car i looked into havin the aluminum honeycomb wheels chromed and it was soemthin in the neighborhood of $3000 so its DEF. not worth it, unless you REALLY love your stock wheels

try looking around the internet for chrome rims that look comparable to what you have now. You probably wont find something exactly equal, but maybe something with the same style.
