FWI and emissions
Just finished installing my Intense FWI. I don't like that loud sucking noise when it'* warming up but it sounds so cool when you lay on the throttle. I live in VA which is an emissions state, does anyone else with this mod live in an emissions state? If so, have you passed emissions with this mod? Thanks.

It won't affect emissions, but if you have an INSPECTION to go along with the emissions test, they MIGHT possibly fail you for aftermarket equipment. Some states are stricter than others.
Just put the stock airbox back in for your annual emissions test.

I know certian states have strict emission standards. California being one. I've noticed a lot of highly modded L67s in that state as daily drivers. How do they pass anyways?

The FWI or CAI will not fail you from an EMISSIONS standpoint. They MIGHT fail you on the aftermarket equipment clause. It depends on your state/province/region and their laws.
