Than try putting it in advanced mode and only change settings 4-13 to +3%.
And what are your BLMs at idle?

Yes, John, as Mike mentioned you need to make sure you're running the AFC in Enhanced mode. This will allow you to change individual frequency ranges, rather than applying an overall setting to the entire MAF frequency curve. Enhanced mode will allow independent adjustment of all throttle settings.
