Hey man, wlecome to the club. Get it breathing better first, Intake and Exhaust are two great starter mods. You can hook up a cold air intake (CAI) for next to nothing if you do it yourself. Just go down to Autozone and buy the CAI kit they have it'* for Hondas but with very little work it can be made to fit. If you prefer prefab surf on over to Intense racing .com They got a couple different designs pick the one that suits you best.
for exhaust mods I went with Flowmaster 40 series give the car more of a performance sound.
Then go with intense racing pcm(powertrain control module). The have several different stages, the standard pcm is what I have and I love it. Drop in at lest a 180* thermostat. The go with rockers and springs and a smaller pully for your supercharger.
The Bonnys have a great platform to work with.
If you have questions don't be afraid to ask
Once again welcome to the club

Take it slow, and start out by opening up the intake and exhaust. Then move on to the pulley and PCM. Then move on to rockers and springs, and you should be easily in the 13'*.
There'* tons of places to go to get these parts. Just don't get a pulley until that exhaust and intake are opened up.
Misc. things you'll need are colder spark plugs, as well as a colder thermostat.
Any questions, we can answer them. We have quite a few members with these kind of mods.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the harder shifting allows for less slippage on the clutches, so they last longer. Thats what I think, but I'm not sure.
